Hi Jon thank you for sharing your water challenge. One day I was attending a new church service in Tulsa, OK. Afterwards, a woman comes up to me noticing I was a new face in the church introduced herself and asked me “how much water I was drinking?” She could tell that I was feeling a little sluggish as I was fighting a virus. Her advice: drink a gallon of water a day for a few days to flush out your system. She later told me she was a nurse 👩‍⚕️. I tried it, and it worked! That’s the only time I drink a gallon of water a day. 😂
